This may sound too good to be true however did you know that there are developers looking for options and willing to pay for those options. Instead of selling your property we negotiate property options and mortgage free architecture options where you share in the equity.

Just think about it. A developer will try to buy cheap properties from people and then make millions of dollars from those property deals. Housing With A Purpose puts the YOU in the property deal. That means we negotiate from a place of asset wealth rather than distress.

As a final option when all else fails

Only in extreme circumstances do we start the process of re-winding a mortgage lending contract back into a sovereign trust. This is a very specialised area and is a strategy that requires intense negotiation, red tape gaslighting communication from entities and sometimes court representation.

However, if qualified, this enables a special trust to be accessed as a creditor to then liquidate some funds in order to make the debtor transfer. Not an area to treat lightly and when phase 3 is your only option, things have become bonkers.
